New 4-week CHALLENGE

The deceptively simple way to feel calmer and more in control of your body during chronic pain flares

aka the 4-week Mind Your Pain Challenge

Here's the exact formula for this challenge, recommended and practiced by “normal folk” like me when I was diagnosed with arthritis in my early twenties, and celebrities like Lady Gaga (!):

  1. Decide what meditation “method” is best for you
  2. Sit comfortably with your eyes closed
  3. Practice your chosen way of meditating for 1 minute, increasing a little bit every day until you hit 10 minutes or more
  4. Remember not to beat yourself up about not being “perfect”... nobody is!
  5. Stand up and go about your day as normal
  6. Then repeat it all again… every single day.

I first came across the power of meditation from Joe Dispenza. According to him, he used meditation and visualization to help heal a severe spinal injury from being hit by a car.

But he wasn’t the only one…

Big, well-known names have tapped into the power of meditation, too. People like Lady Gaga, who, in an interview with Oprah Winfrey, said:

“...sometimes I can be in a ton of pain and meditate, and it goes away, amazing.”

Is this too easy?

You might be thinking this sounds almost… too simple. You’re right, it is simple. But simple and easy are two very different things.

Have you ever actually sat down and DONE IT? Meditated every single day for one month straight?

I have, in the past, to help me manage a big chronic pain flare.

But then I felt better, and life got busy again, and I did what I swore I’d never do and took my health for granted.

I forgot to carve out just a few minutes a day for ME.

Pain has been creeping back into my muscles and joints because of it, and it’s time for me to get serious about meditation again.

So here’s the deal:

There are precious few things in this world more important than good health. You and I both know it. But it’s time for me – and maybe you, too – to act on it.

Starting November 17th 2025, I’m going to start my mornings by meditating.

The magic lies in DAILY repetition with people who support your commitment to your health and healing.

Here’s how it’s going to work:

I’ll send out one email a day (at 7am EST) with that day’s meditation. (We’ll try different methods so you can get a feel for what you like best.)

Upon waking, you simply have to follow the steps and meditate for anywhere from 1-20 minutes.

Set a timer and when it beeps, you’re done.

Then report on our private forums that you did it (for accountability)

You’ll get one of these emails every single day for the next 4 weeks (including weekends).

By the end of this, as long as you stick with it, you’ll have cultivated your ability to feel calmer and more in control of your body during chronic pain flares.

The price:

The total cost for all 4 weeks is just $20.
